Information we process
We process account information supplied through Google sign-in, subscription and order records from our payment provider, AI edit requests you choose to send, and basic service logs used to operate and secure LivelyChart.
Your chart data
CSV data is parsed and previewed locally in your browser. It is sent to the configured AI provider only when you explicitly submit an AI editing request. Media export is rendered in your browser.
Service providers
We use providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, database storage, session storage, and AI processing. Each provider processes data only for its service role.
